NORWALK — State officials toured STAR’s facility on Monday morning to see results of the Governor’s Nonprofit Grant Program, which funds capital projects for nonprofits.
Former Gov. Dannel Malloy proposed the program in 2013 and the legislature approved $20 million for the 2014 to 15 fiscal year. Because of widespread interest, Malloy proposed, and the legislature supported an additional $20 million for that year….
